The Recommender Recommender

The recommender recommender was a not too serious project together with Kai Holländer. It was a desk reject at alt.chi2019.

We found this meme at https://wears21.github.io/ (The First International Workshop on Evaluation and Analysis of Recommender Systems in Software Engineering, June 23, 2021).
This inspired us to make our submission available to the public.
