Transformice MapPad
About Transformice MapPad
The Transformice MapPad is an external map editor, its layout and primary
funcionality were inspired by the application
XAMLPad which allows the user to instantly see what the visual representation
of the code will look like.
While initially the program only consisted of the code box and the viewport which
simply displayed the map, the application now has a lot more features to make certain
map editing tasks easier.
Those include:
- Selection Rectangle
- Edit Multiple Elements at the Same Time (Move, Resize, Rotate etc.)
- Panning & Zooming
- Grid Snapping
- Code Auto-Formatting
- Element Alignment & Spacing
- Element Duplication & Array Copy
- Viewing Element XML Code on Mouse-Over
- Map Picture Export
- Hiding & Freezing Elements
- Map Mirroring
- Polar Coordinate Support
- Reference Images

The application requires .NET 4, you can download the newest version of the framework
here.
The software (Transformice MapPad) is provided "as is" and you may use it at your own risk. I shall not be held accountable for any damages resulting from the use of the software.
MapPad is no longer maintained by me.

"Third party" updates:
For those who don't mind reading un-styled XML there is a version log in which I keep track of updates and changes. (In newer versions this log can be displayed inside the application as well via the Help-menu, it is also used by MapPad to determine if there is a new version available)
